Your day to day
We’re looking for a sales-driven Reservations Supervisor to connect with our guests in these critical first touchpoints of the guest experience. As a new hotel opening you will work closely with our Revenue, Sales, and Hotel Service teams, implementing strategic plans and processes with guidance from the Revenue team and Hotel Services Manager to drive revenue and fill efficiency, as well as taking the lead with calls in and out of the Hotel. You will be motivated to deliver results that positively impact Hotel performance and continuing your own development. You will work closely with the Hotel Service team to deliver a seamless guest experience from reservation to departure.

What we need from you
You will bring at least 2 years reservations experience within the Hotel industry including experience managing group reservations. The ability to work with multiple stakeholders, to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload will be important as well as demonstrating an excellent eye for detail and passion for driving results. The ideal candidate will have excellent Opera (PMS) skills and experience with loyalty programs will be an advantage. Your excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills will assist you in collaborating with our commercial and services teams to drive revenue and create great guest experiences. You must hold the unlimited and unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
