Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate firm, is seeking an ePMO Lead to join our JLL Technology organization. We are seeking candidates that are self-starters who can work in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join our team immediately. The role is critical and would support projects and programmes and would involve tracking (financial & project), reporting, information management, risk management, change management & effective knowledge management. The role will add immense value to the role holder through enhancement of PMO knowledge, PM skills / tools and exposure to technologies suite in the PropTech domain.
Responsibilities
Oversight - tracking of regional application delivery governance and compliance
Review and support the development of effective process / governance frameworks that are aligned with the Global ePMO team, proportionate and scalable to the needs of the regional business
Manage all APAC approvals for new software requests
Sit on the (CAB)change approval board ensuring that due process is followed for all application upgrades and enhancements.
Focuses on the management of business operations and business engagement from an operational and financial standpoint, including but not limited to IT related finance processes, planning, reporting and continuous improvement
Aid in communicating with multiple stakeholders at a time, manage stakeholder expectations, and gain consensus in cases of conflict
Manages end to end IT recharges and allocations in Business Region (modelling, preparation and execution.
Provide effective project management support to teams on projects and/or assist other Project Managers on actionable streams of other large projects.
Design and develop project plans, cost model, project timeline roadmap to assist the delivery team in meeting stakeholder expectations.
Ensuring pre-scope project plan is communicated to all project stakeholders together with their individual responsibilities.
Track the financials of projects to help them stay within the allocated budget.
Prepare status reports (daily / weekly / monthly) for projects and programs.
Design health scorecard for the projects / programs and socialize them with Management to aid in effective program management & governance.
Identification and implementation of cost saving measurements.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and services.
Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables.
Manage programme level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository.
Manage the programme level risks and issues register.
Conduct post implementation reviews and identifying any lessons learned.

Experience & Education
Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science.
6+ years of experience in project & program management, and delivery management areas.
2+ years of experience in design and implementation of SharePoint sites.
2+ years of experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint tools
Strong project management and technical knowledge.
Experience in Workfront project management tools is desirable.
Working knowledge on Agile principles and 2+ years of experience in implementing Agile methodologies for projects.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively and follow through
Have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing both internal and external resources to get the job done. Work through issues and challenges
Ability to do technical design and documentation.
Have excellent technical leadership
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
Self-starter and motivator and ability to work in team and solo
Experience working on Data /Application related projects
Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, PMO tools like – Azure Devops, Jira.
Experience in working with cross functional team spanning multiple locations
Has worked on at least 3 large projects
Strong in written and communications
Experience in real estate business domain is preferred
