The principle role of the Good Lives Manager is to champion and drive the implementation of Good Lives throughout ACH Group.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience and Retirement Living, you will join the Customer Experience Team based at Mile End in this full time role.

Your new opportunity:
Champion and drive the implementation of Good Lives throughout ACH Group
Provide advice, guidance and support to management and staff on the nuances of Good Lives and its applications in practice
Work with the Executive Management and Senior Leadership Team to embed Good Lives throughout ACH Group
Continuously improve the Good Lives Framework and find new ways to maximise workforce and customer engagement with Good Lives

About You!

You will be a passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture who loves leading people whilst ensuring the delivery of the ultimate customer experience. You might even have experience in a voice of customer or corporate social responsibility role.

Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership
Ability to influence staff at all organisational levels
Effective leadership beyond locational boundaries
Exemplary facilitation and/or training skills and experience Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Intermediate computer skills including competency in the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work to strict deadlines
The successful candidate will need to provide a 2020/21 Flu Vaccination Statement and a satisfactory police clearance less than 12 months old before commencement.
