Set in the food mecca that is Adelaide Markets this is a hotel for locals and visitors alike. The first Hotel Indigo to be launched in Australia, Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets comprises 145 guest rooms, a lively restaurant and a soon to be iconic roof top bar with panoramic views of Adelaide, this hotel is going to set the trend for local dining and cosmic cocktails. Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets will open its doors to a wide array of domestic & international boutique hotel guests and the hotel will employ colleagues aka "Neighbourhood hosts" across multiple disciplines.

Your day to day

We are currently seeking Front Office based specialists to join our Hotel Services Team. A specialist in creating outstanding guest experiences you will be with our guests every step of the way - from arrival through to departure. Your focus will be on providing key guest services including front desk duties, valet parking of cars and assisting with guest requests including luggage.

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. Within Hotel Indigo, every colleague is a Neighbourhood host, equipped with the knowledge and skills to assist our guests to get the most out of their stay in Adelaide.

What we need from you

Ideal candidates will come with experience in a similar role however we will still be considering those who bring a strong combination of experience, attitude and aspirations to grow. Candidates must have the following:

Current, open Australian Drivers Licence and must be a confident driver
These roles will work a rotating roster so it's important to know that weekends, public holidays and in some nights are all part of the job
Candidates must hold current Australian working rights suitable to the position to be considered.
Guests will come to you with questions, concerns and compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to and demonstrate excellent communication skills
Our Neighbourhood hosts will ideally bring a passion for the Adelaide region and be willing to immerse themselves to continually build their knowledge.
Your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
