JOB DESCRIPTION

Full Job Description
As a .NET developer, you will be working with a team of 4 support personnel with managing and troubleshooting issues that may arise with the application experience for our client's customers. You will also work closely with the SQL DBA who owns at least 50% of the responsibility lines and will have the opportunity to enhance the product as well as extend other product lines that interrelate.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a legacy VB6 application with a .NET component that powers the client's system
Develop, implement, test and refine programs with outstanding usability and experience.
Integrate with third party web services (e.g. electronic ID providers) and downstream systems.
Develop and test automated workflows, working with stakeholders to remove friction.
Ensure solutions are developed with a focus on quality and security.

Key Requirements:
Experience with C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework and Angular is essential.
Some exposure or capability with VB6
Experience with WCF, PowerShell, SQL and JavaScript would be desired.
Experience building and working with REST and SOAP APIs
