Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist looking for an exciting new role with plenty of room to grow and broaden your skill set?

The Role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a part of the tech engine room of our Digital Marketing team, reporting to our General Manager. Our Account Directors and Managers will rely on you to help them create digital marketing plans, strategies and objectives (KPIs) for clients. An SEO expert with strong skills in Paid Search and website optimisation, you will also be responsible for the technical implementation of clients digital marketing plans and strategies.
With a solid background working in an agency environment, you love the variety of working across multiple campaigns and clients at any given time!
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Working with Account Directors to create digital marketing plans, strategies and objectives (KPIs) for clients
- Undertaking research and competitor analysis to support the development of digital marketing strategies/plans for clients
- Undertaking the technical implementation of clients’ digital marketing plans and strategies i.e. setting up and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
- Recommending cross channel digital marketing optimisation and advertising opportunities for clients to support the growth and development of their businesses
- Tracking the success of client digital marketing campaigns using a variety of tools e.g. Google Analytics, Zapier and Google Tag Manager
- Providing specialist advice to clients and Account Directors on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Paid Search opportunities, including making website optimisation recommendations
- Recommending and operating social media campaigns through creating client accounts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and scheduling the recommended content
- Implementing internal digital marketing strategies and monitoring campaigns to support the business’ growth.
Do You Have?
- Extensive experience designing and managing SEO and Pay Per Click campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media Strategy and Google Analytics
- An ability to think outside the box and develop digital strategies to help clients achieve their objectives
- A proven track record of contributing to the growth of client accounts
- A super organised approach to your work and high level of accountability
- Experience working in a digital agency environment
- Experience managing other team members
- Experience using project management systems to manage team workflows and performance and account profitability.
$60 - $75K per annum (base salary)
