About The Role

This is a fast paced exciting position for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, your main focus will be recruiting for roles within IT and the finance industry. You will form in-depth and productive business relationships with clients and truly become their trusted recruitment go-to consultant.

In this role you will be responsible for developing new business and retaining existing business through delivering high quality services to clients and candidates by placing them into Permanent positions.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can demonstrate:

• Proven recruitment experience minimum 2-3 years
• Proven exposure within IT is required
• Highly sales driven with the ability to generate new business opportunities
• Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously to achieve sales targets
• Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills
• Happy to BD both on the phone and face to face
• Sales experience

We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven in their performance. You will have demonstrated experience with relationship building and stakeholder management.
