We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Mine Water team for 12 month Fixed-Term contract, based in the Brisbane office. The focus of this role is Document controlling, maintenance of correspondence and tracking project deliverables. You will have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Duties And Responsibilities Will Include

  • Document Controlling setup and maintenance of a correspondence in/out register, transmittals and working with web-based document collaboration systems e.g., Aconex, ProjectWise, Incite, SharePoint etc.;
  • Word processing, filing and retrieving documents and assist in compiling regular project progress reports;
  • Coordinating data management and information transfer, including setting up and maintaining filing systems, document logs and action item lists in line with quality requirements;
  • Assisting in quality?management processes?in line with Golder Associates Integrated Management System (GAIMS) requirements;
  • Assisting with travel and logistics and onboarding of new project staff;
  • Assisting with coordination, tracking and monitoring project deliverables, meetings and minutes;
  • Assisting Project Managers and project personnel with site mobilisation;

Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
  • Experience as a Project Administrator or equivalent within the Engineering/ Construction industry will be advantageous;
  • Excellent time management with a strong attention to detail;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proactive approach to achieving project goals.
  • Competent at Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
