The role

Banjo are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the Marketing, Sales and Business Development team to help them leverage the platform for business growth. Reporting to the Lead Developer, we are looking for a person who has started their career journey as a Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years’ experience and is looking to take that next step.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Development work which will include sandbox seeding to take full advantage of our full copy sandbox and refresh it daily or on-demand by investigating tools to do this.
  • Reviewing and managing all permissions and field security, as well as all history tracking.
  • Managing data including but not limited to; document and object use optimization, document migration and optimisation of DocuSign.
  • Supporting the marketing team in updating leads and contacts
  • Taking ownership of Active Campaign and other marketing campaign apps being used by the marketing team.
  • Regular research into improved apps and components that can be included to assist marketing processes.
  • Providing support and advice to marketing team around improvements to campaign processes.
  • Support and enhance the Business Development team’s processes, tools and reporting.
  • Leading the Salesforce for Outlook support and investigating the best app for this purpose.
  • Directly supporting the operations team on data updates and providing full Salesforce support when the Senior Developer is away.

Qualifications, Skills and Expertise:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is essential
  • Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud certifications and experience are highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, being able to translate technical solutions into business terms
  • Consultancy experience with Sales and Business Development teams would be beneficial
  • Be creative in problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good troubleshooting skills
