Work in partnership with our Head Chef, Luke Brabin, with the day to day running of the venue as well as in leading, training, developing and motivating the team to ensure a premium but laid-back experience.

The Guardsman is a place to discuss the untold stories of South Australia. Located in Adelaide Railway Station's restored Grand Public Dinning Hall, this is a venue where rich history meets modern dinning. Here, local produce is served with love and our friendly staff guide our guests through a menu and beverage selection that spans breakfast, lunch and dinner all of which showcase the best of South Australia.

We are currently looking for an innovative and experienced Venue Manager to join and lead our enthusiastic and passionate team. This role requires someone with a lot of energy, who loves what they do and leads from the front.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and continually empower and motivate your team to deliver outstanding outcomes. You're the type of leader who loves being on the floor, chatting to our regulars and being present in the business during peak times.
