About The Role:
You will be the person patients will meet and love! Your outgoing personality will bring assurance that they have come to the right place to commence their dental journey. The Front Office Coordinator will have direct responsibility for the successful day to day running of the front office in the taking patient phone calls, scheduling, invoicing, referral letters and the provision of front office services for patients. You will assist in improving productivity through accurate scheduling of patients to provide a high level of patient care. You will support the Treatment Coordinator in scheduling and preparation of All-on-4 patients. You will be responsible for running business errands, maintaining ongoing business files, working with the administrative team to organise and systemise Dr Lidums' working day to ensure it is productive and focused. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

About You:
Patient Management: Able to put anxious patients at ease and support them in providing consistent care relating to the front office role
Process Improvement: Able to use existing systems and processes and update/create as required to improve patient care and for business improvement maximising productivity.
Organisational Skills: Able to prioritise duties to maximise business outcomes and patient care.
Administration: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Applications, Dental/Appointment scheduling Software, Letter writing and excellent phone skills.
Minimum work experience: 3 years in a similar role
Must have permission to live and work in Australia.
