Jaymel Airconditioning have successfully operated for 55 years and counting, and strong leaders in the HVAC-R industry. We are SA owned and operated, well known by name, and expanding even in these challenging times! We currently have our head office in Holden Hill and another office in the Barossa Valley.

Jaymel has a team that is proud to be part of its long history. Our business is well established with a strong foundation and stands strong through prosperous and challenging times- leading the way in the industry.

To add to our current team, we require an experienced Administrator/Service Co-ordinator. We have a vibrant fast paced workplace that consists of approximately 38 employees all with similar values and passion. We need to ensure our team and clientele are delivered consistent high level service supported by quality workmanship, which Jaymel’s reputation is paramount. The applicant must have the ability to communicate and pride themselves on being service orientated to fit into our team and expectations.

The role is full-time and remuneration based on experience. Immediate start required.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answering incoming calls and actioning
  • Planning and prioritising incoming jobs and scheduling daily work for our Technicians using our Job Management Software. Order parts as necessary to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Processing work orders and dispatching to our technicians statewide
  • Managing works in progress and working with service technicians to reduce the amount of outstanding jobs
  • Client liaison and managing major account customers
  • Various other administrative duties within the company
