Country Blinds are looking for an Administrative Professional to join our team.
You will be part of one of the fastest growing businesses within the Window Furnishings industry. We are a young, passionate and enthusiastic team, striving to become the first choice for Window Furnishings for homes and businesses throughout South Australia.
The Production Administration position involves but is not limited to:-
This is a full time position which involves the ordering of the company's products, materials and components as well as handling many highly customised jobs that require many components from varied suppliers.
The accurate tracking of the ordered items, including updating various computer programs.
Regular and high frequency communication to suppliers both verbal (predominantly over the phone) and via email.
Liaising between all areas of business including sales through to installation and everyone in between.
Scheduling customer contact including measures and installations.
Guiding customers through a product selection process in our Mount Barker Showroom.
Data Entry and General Administrative Tasks, requiring computer skills
The ideal candidate will also possess a positive enthusiasm to customer requirements and team members and strives to deliver top quality products and service to our customers.
The position involves working directly in a very high volume output office and therefore requires a fast natural working pace (but not frantic) with superior attention to detail, great communication and interpersonal skills, time management skills, flexible and reliable with the capacity to work under pressure with a can do attitude.
Hours:
Monday-Friday - 7:30-4:00pm
Alternate Saturdays - 9-12pm
Additional overtime hours will be necessary to complete time sensitive work.
