JOB DESCRIPTION

The position responsibilities include:

  • Training, coaching and mentoring staff
  • Ensuring that members and guests are receiving friendly and efficient service
  • Managing inventory and stock control
  • Managing staff rosters
  • Cellar operations including beer line maintenance
  • Ensuring that WHS, quality and safety controls are followed
  • Gaming operations

As Bar Manager, you should:

  • Have previous relevant experience in beverage management 
  • Have current RSA and RCG Certificates
  • Be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently
  • Be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Be supportive of the General Manager and assist where needed across all operations.
