Corporate Receptionist
Hays Office Support
Adelaide, South Australia
$60,000 - $70,000 p.a.
Contract
Your new company
Due to increased positivity in the market a number of our clients are seeking professional receptionists for full-time temporary contracts across the CBD, East and North of Adelaide.
Your new role
may vary but will mainly include
Being the first point of contact for all visitors & staff
Answering all incoming calls & directing where necessary
Dealing with couriers and distributing mail accordingly
General administration duties
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Reception or Administration experience is desirable but it's essential that you have the following;
Immediate availability
Adaptability, flexibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
High attention to detail
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
