Administration Assistant - Farmers Leap Wines (Adelaide Based)

About us:
Farmers Leap Wines is a family owned and operated business based in the centre of the Padthaway wine region in the South East of South Australia, only 45 minutes from the famed Coonawarra. We currently have 13 wines in our portfolio all sourced from our own vineyards. We also have an operating cellar door in Padthaway and we are currently embarking on an ambitious growth phase.

The role:
Based in our Kent Town office in Adelaide, we are seeking a part time administration assistant. Reporting to the sales manager based in Adelaide and office manager based in Padthaway. Hours can be flexible and discussed at interview.

Responsibilities:
Invoicing and sales reporting through MYOB.
Delivery and logistics organisation.
Export freight logistics. (preferred)
Customer deliveries.
Digital marketing. (preferred)
General administration work.

Qualifications:
Experienced with MYOB.
Wine Industry experience preferred but not essential.
Digital marketing experience is preferred but not essential.
