Junior Receptionist/Administration Assistant

A Progressive Legal Practice requires a Junior Receptionist/AdministrationAssistant to support our busy team in our Mount Gambier Office.
The position is a full time Junior/Entry Level position with great opportunity to progress within the firm and will require the applicant to undertake a variety of reception and administration tasks including answering phones, greeting clients, assisting professional and non professional staff and ensuring the smooth running of the front of house.
The successful applicant will need:
Strong Keyboard and computer skills
Ability to take accurate telephone messages and excellent phone manner
Be able to work independently when required and be able to work as part of a team
Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities tasks
Be reliable and take initiative
Professional attitude and presentation
Attention to detail
