Our client is a Law firm specializing in the areas of property law, family law, commercial and civil litigation and have a strong reputation for providing high quality advice in a prompt and diligent manner.
Due to the growth of the business, they are currently recruiting for a self-motivated and driven 4 years PQE solicitor, to join their friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously on cases – obtain instructions from clients, conduct due diligence, research and carry out the work required
- Communicate effectively with clients to obtain the necessary information to act on their behalf and prepare all necessary legal documents;
- Have a desire to develop your knowledge across the various fields of law
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff
- Participate in all firm events and contribute towards the growth and development of the firm
- Admitted in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia
- Hold a current NSW Practicing certificate
- Have at least 4 years’ experience practicing in the private sector
- High attention to detail, proactive and be able to multi-task
- Proven experience in commercial and civil litigation, family law and/or property law;
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
