About Our Client
This established business is looking for a Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeper or Accountant to join the team. The role will take primary responsibility with the day-to-day Accounting of the business whilst the CFO is allowed to move into a more strategic and commercial position.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Accounts Receivable, Payables & payroll
- Preparing GL journals
- Assist preparing management and financial accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of balance sheet and PNL for
- Assist Budgets & forecasts
- Variance analysis, trend analysis
- Streamlining processes
- BAS, FBT, GST
- Other ad hoc reports as required
The Successful Applicant
- CA/CPA or partly qualified
- Experience with XERO
- Degree qualified (Business, commerce, accounting etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience or a graduate who has completed internships
