FM asset project

Sydney CBD

3 Month assignment / To start 3rd week of April

$41/$42+super per hour

Working on a high-tech asset in Sydney CBD, you'll be working autonomously yet supported conducting an asset verification project. Over the course of the assignment you'll be equipped with all the tools required to conduct an audit of all facilities on a large asset.

This role will require you to work methodically, using an asset plan/register. The work itself will be relatively straight forward, you'll work through the entire asset logging/tagging of assets throughout as well as managing data in the asset register making any corrections or updates as you go.

The role does require some experience within the Electrical and Mechanical space as well as mainstream FM, drivers license (although travel is minimal) and the ability to be on your feet for much of the day as you manage your own time working through the verification plan.
