We provide our clients with innovative sales force solutions ranging from the provision of supported or syndicated sales teams, through to the implementation of a complete dedicated national sales force.

About the role

FarmaForce is experiencing exciting times and consequently, we are expanding our sales teams and looking to appoint an enthusiastic Pharmacy Telesales Representatives based in our Head Office in Sydney CBD.

In this important role, you will:
  • Build professional relationships with pharmacy buyers
  • Drive sales for our commercial partners' products
  • Have engaging and persuasive virtual/phone sales interactions with a variety of customers
  • Utilise business acumen to develop strategies that grow territory business
  • Receive coaching and leadership support to help realise career potential.
About you

If you want to join our team and be a part of our exciting journey, you will ideally have:
  • A tenacious and resilient mindset, with a 'can-do' attitude and track record of results-delivery
  • Previous outbound phone sales experience with pharmacy channel
  • Established time-management and organisational skills
  • A collaborative and team-oriented persona
  • An openness to learning and actively seek feedback for growth
  • The ability to process, analyse & impart knowledge in a persuasive and ethical manner.
Previous experience in the Australian Healthcare Industry is preferred but not a prerequisite.
