Are you looking for a unique HR opportunity with a focus on organisational change and career coaching? Do you have experience with large scale reforms and complex organisations? Then this is the role for you!
About the role
The Outplacements Manager will be responsible to approach businesses that need assistance with outplacement and transitions. You will establish trusted relationships and provide guidance and expertise to those who are going through organisational changes and restructuring. The role will look after career coaching for exec-level employees and develop career services in a brand new team.
The ideal candidate will have career coaching, outplacement, or career transition experience within a large, complex matrix environment- state government ideally but not necessary.

- Proven experience in a similar role (Senior HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Career Coach, Career Transition Specialist, etc.)
- Good grasp of Award and GSE legislation
- Looking for a long-term opportunity within public sector
- Experience working with a complex organisation or government highly regarded
