About the role

The Outplacements Manager will be responsible to approach businesses that need assistance with outplacement and transitions. You will establish trusted relationships and provide guidance and expertise to those who are going through organisational changes and restructuring. The role will look after career coaching for exec-level employees and develop career services in a brand new team.

The ideal candidate will have career coaching, outplacement, or career transition experience within a large, complex matrix environment- state government ideally but not necessary.

About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, but in short you will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role (Senior HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Career Coach, Career Transition Specialist, etc.)
• Good grasp of Award and GSE legislation
• Looking for a long-term opportunity within public sector
• Experience working with a complex organisation or government highly regarded
