The Graduate Content Creator

As a Graduate Content Coordinator you will be responsible for social management, engagement, and posting across social channels which includes; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat. As a core resource within our clients team, the Content Coordinator will support the Content Managers when working on end-to-end creative campaigns including providing content recommendations and reporting on past work.

As this is a junior position, training in all aspects of the role will be provided including but not limited to; social listening platforms, channel management platforms, best practices, template development, client communications, and copywriting.

Responsibilities
  • Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and
  • strategies
  • Provide engaging text for image and video content across select social
  • media and professional accounts
  • Support management of creative projects
  • Manage timelines, suppliers, and update budgets accordingly
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organise and manage digital events to boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is essential
  • Passionate within the creative media landscape
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Basic technical knowledge of Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
