About the Role
The purpose of this position is to provide a high level of customer service and to make financial and legal decisions for a portfolio of clients under an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA).

Your responsibilities in his role will include:

  • Liaising directly with clients and their family members
  • Engaging regularly with service providers (eg.aged care, utility providers, NDIS providers etc) and industry professionals to ensure clients receive the service and benefits in accordance with their needs
  • Ensuring that clients' assets are protected and managed in their best interest
  • Developing and maintaining client budgets including approving payments
  • Regular communication with clients and family members, both written and verbal
  • Preparing high quality reports to external organisation, such as VCAT

Skills and Experience
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous administration or case management experience
  • Strong customer service, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and be adaptable in your delivery
  • Superior organisational and planning skills 
  • Ability to prepare professional and customer focussed correspondence, reports, and recommendations
  • Understanding of lifestyle issues faced by clients

Ideally you will understand financial products and an ability to design financial budgets. This is a varied role offering a great team environment with challenging and rewarding work.
