Your new role
As a Registered Nurse with AHPRA you will be part of a collaborative team to assist residents in achieving their individual health goals by providing planned clinical care where needed. Your main duties will be:

- Creating care plans based on the residents needs and goals
- Supporting residents and their families wherever needed
- Working alongside clinical care and after hours managers
- Providing any clinical care needed including
– Administering injections, providing wound care, monitoring of illnesses such as diabetes, and bladder, bowel and catheter care.
- Document information regarding residents and any changes to their care
- Case conferencing with key stakeholders to track care plan progress

What you'll need to succeed

- Registered nurse with full AHPRA registration
- Experience within Aged Care desired - Compassionate and caring nature
- Australian working rights - National Police Check
