As a Manager

* Be successful in driving sales and service standards
* Be able to coach a team to reach personal and store KPI's
* Demonstrate your ability to lead from the front
* Lead by example to promote high energy and performance
* Understand wage management, shrinkage and stock KPI's
* Love VM and have impeccable shop standards
* Have excellent time management and communication skills
