An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Wellbeing Project Psychologist will provide clinical expertise in the design, development and implementation of the ‘My Wellbeing at Northern Health’: Enabling our staff to THRIVE’ project
The Role
We are looking for a Clinical or Health Psychologist with a keen interest in staff wellbeing and the implementation of wellbeing initiatives. This role will be a significant contributor to the development of Northern Health’s wellbeing strategy, offering psychological expertise and ensuring the inclusion of research driven best practice principles.
This role is a part time 12 month project position at 40 per fortnight.
About You
- Current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA)
- Doctoral or Masters level qualifications in Psychology
- Minimum of five years postgraduate clinical practice.
- Experience in the provision of psychological services within a public health setting and in multidisciplinary contexts.
- A keen interest in public health staff wellbeing and the implementation of wellbeing initiative
- Health and Wellbeing programs, including our new ‘Thrive’ program
- Flexibility in the workplace and extra leave options and support
