Varied and exciting opportunity to work for an established and growing business based in the city.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Responsible for variations to mortgage documents
  • Omitting and adding conditions contained within the mortgage document
  • Handling several different matters on a daily basis, including Consent to Second Mortgage; Consent to Subdivision, Change of name on Certificate of Title, Rate Changes, Partial Discharge and various other requests
  • Liaising with Solicitors, Brokers and other parties
  • Meet Quality and Productivity measures
  • Adherence to policies and procedures

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in Post Settlements functions in the mortgage space
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Team player
