Step Ahead Kids located at Thirlmere is seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and committed person to join our team.

• Certificate 3 in Children's Services
• Great easing going personality, able to have fun and be part of a great team.
• Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma Certificate, Anaphylaxis Certificate and Working with Children Check
• A strong work ethic and high standard of professionalism
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in an early childhood.
• Excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution and proven experience as an effective team player
• Good documentation skills, time off the floor for programming/observations.
• The ability to create and maintain respectful good relationships with families, children and team members.

Must have own vehicle - Off and on street parking available
