JOB DESCRIPTION

The position:

Looking for a sharp and energetic client relations manager with strong administration experience to join Jordan Hartley Health in a part time role. We need someone with experience in general business administration to come onboard and manage all of our client relations, orders and enquiries.

Jordan Hartley Health is a Sydney based personalised meal prep company servicing a small select group of clients with a premium service. Our online presence is forever growing, and we have expanded into offering a range of online products and digital services.

Responsibilities:
- Email inbox management

- Quoting, invoicing and payment management – using Xero accounting software

- Responding to client enquiries via email and over the phone and managing all forms and details throughout the client sign up process

- Manage current client relationships, details and orders

- Manage business ordering and product stocktake

- Assist owner with packing, fulfilling and checking current client meal orders in kitchen

Required skills/experience
- Excellent phone skills

- Sales experience

- Customer service experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills

- Highly motivated and ambitious

- Aptitude for problem-solving skills and creative solutions

- Ability to work as a team in a collaborative environment

- Exceptional organisation and time management

- Willingness to learn

- Experiencing in accounting software – Xero and Stripe (highly regarded)

- Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training and/or knowledge of calories, macros and energy balance (highly regarded)
