Want to drive change across Australia and New Zealand's FMCG landscape? Want to dive into the world of Big Data, AI, and industry leading data analytic capabilities? Want to be part of global company changing the way retailers interact with customers?

As the Product Manager, Gateways you will be responsible for helping drive this change into the Australian and New Zealand markets through responsibility over the strategy and roadmap for IRI Australia and New Zealand's industry changing Retail Gateway products. As the internal and external champion of these products, you will also help drive their roll out. From there, you will keep an eye on the industry to see how we can expand the capabilities we provide to both retailers and the suppliers who use their gateways. You will also be responsible as the regional voice for these products back into the global IRI business.



Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the internal product strategy and roadmap for our retail gateway products, including basket, customer, and supply chain data solutions
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and groom product backlogs
  • Define release scope and requirements and manage it through the development process
  • Work with Technology, Operations, and PMO for successful delivery of each release
  • Work with Product Marketing and Business Development to launch and commercialize any new data solution
  • Gain a deep understanding of the internal and external data assets available to create new solutions
  • Ensure ongoing satisfaction of product across internal and external users and stakeholders
  • Liaise with product managers in Europe and North America on new capabilities and international roadmaps

Who You Are

  • 5+ years' experience with university degree qualification
  • Experience managing product roadmap, backlog, and requirements in an agile environment
  • Experience in FMCG, technology or related industry along with experience in big data, SaaS-based solutions
  • Unify, Liquid Data, Product Hierarchies, Product Attribution experience preferred
  • Ability to identify and define new solutions, requirements, and value of a solution
  • Experience owning product development, defining need, application & benefits plus marketing
  • Adoption of new data, technology, or techniques to improve service
  • Strong customer service awareness (internal & external customers) & success obtaining objectives
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to align on solution needs and achieve objectives
  • Well-spoken and confident to deliver presentations to small & large groups
  • Self-starter and self-sufficient operator
  • Demonstrable expertise in POS Scan, Household Panel, or Loyalty Shopper data is a plus
