JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and reception support to a medical practice.

The role involves:

  • Part time work one day per week (Friday).
  • Reception duties including phone management and face to face client management.
  • Administration duties including invoicing, Medicare and other billing, calendar management, health and privacy compliance, cash handling and sales.
  • Office duties including light cleaning and inventory management.

We are seeking applicants with:

  • Qualifications in Medical Reception, equivalent administration certificates, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines and impeccable phone manner.
  • Conflict management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent ability in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe
  • Budgeting and accounting experience.
  • Highly professional attitude including respect, dignity, dress code.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High level of communication and attention to detail.
  • Reliable work attendance and ability to accept additional shifts where needed.
  • Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality required in health administration and reception.
