JOB DESCRIPTION

The aim of this role is to produce consistent and great quality items off the menu in order to maintain the Mishra's Kitchen’s reputation and to sustain and develop loyal customers.

Applicants of this roles must contribute goodwill, energy and passion to help ensure that the business continue to grow successfully. They must contribute exceptional knowledge, recipes and enthusiasm to help the business and extend our menu of products.

We seek for a chef who endure the skills to ensure that from time to time, the appropriate supply for ingredients is required for ordering, by estimating appropriate amounts. Applicants must also be able to effectively train temporary staff.

Duties & Responsibilities

Kitchen maintenance & cleaning

Maintaining & ordering stock control & supplies

Menu planning

Following food & safety requirements

Experience in a fast pace environment & work with a team.

Daily food preparation, salads, & meals in different cuisines.

Immaculate presentation and grooming

Applicants must have at least two years on the job experience in a related filed

The salary being paid will be 54,000 + superannuation per annum
