The Duties

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will manage the successful delivery of:

  • The HR strategy, driving people, change and transformation initiatives;
  • Consulting with your client leadership group on generalist HR activities; performance & workplace advice;
  • Partnering with various leaders across the business and providing coaching and mentoring to develop their performance and capability; and
  • Working with the organisation to drive culture, capability and change during a period of rapid change.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this position you will:

  • Be an experienced HR generalist with strong HR partnering and coaching experience;
  • Have tertiary qualifications at degree level or higher in HR, business, psychology or equivalent;
  • Have exposure to working in agile, adaptable, geographically dispersed and fast based service-based organisations;
  • Experience within workforce and target planning;
  • Be accountable and have an ownership attitude and be known as someone that brings a great level of innovation to the team;
  • Be someone that is passionate and motivated and loves finding ways to drive an engaged and market leading team for exceptional business performance; and
  • Enjoy change and working with ambiguity, making decisions ‘in the moment’, problem solving with short time frames, adapting at short notice and engaging the business in a future vision.
