The Role
Your new role will drive the Talent Acquisition (TA) function of the business, reporting to the Senior HR Manager and working as part of a collaborative team.

You will be responsible for the recruitment function across Australia with a range of duties:
  • Manage TA/ Recruitment campaigns from end-to-end, including liaising with Hiring Managers to discuss the role, developing the sourcing strategy, through to offer and contracts securing only top talent for the organisation;
  • Build trusted relationships with all stakeholders through engaging them in the TA/ Recruitment process and other value add projects;
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all times and proactively seek ways to enhance their experience;
  • Work to continually improve and promote the excellent brand and reputation of the business.
About You
A self-motivated and tactical individual, you will be enthused about the opportunity to take ownership and make an impact in this role.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience including the use of contemporary attraction, selection and recruitment strategies;
  • Superior stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders;
  • A solution-focused approach, with flexibility to adapt;
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to think and act proactively.
