Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Global Product Manager is responsible for managing the full product life-cycle.

They will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain a competitive advantage in the market and achieve sales & business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership and oversee the existing consumer markets across ANZ & the UK
  • Conduct market analysis to build out new international markets and grow consumer base
  • Optimise internal product processes and procedures in collaboration with the Operations and Customer Service Managers
  • Oversee and drive product sales performance and profitability across all markets
  • Keep up to date with key competitor, market and consumer trends to manage potential threats/opportunities and drive competitive advantage
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements
  • Develop and implement product pricing and positioning strategies and road-map
  • Manage production, shipments and invoicing processes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with key external stakeholders
  • Manage projects to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and to the desired standard

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the opportunity you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business or related areas
  • Extensive experience in product life-cycle management and / or product management
  • Exposure to retail sales and a comprehensive understanding of consumer markets and trends
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment and start-up culture
  • Experience and proven success working in a sales driven environment with KPIs and sales targets
