As the Presales and Implementation Manager, you will lead the solution design and project management of complex payment opportunities with a focus on driving the delivery of projects through effective stakeholder management. This role will require you to manage a team of technical implementation and support personnel, liaise between many different segments and departments of the business and support the delivery of complex opportunities in the region. You will own & develop relationships with the leadership of all involved departments. We’ll look to you to become a subject matter expert as you acquire an in-depth understanding of our products to conduct comprehensive discovery workshops, designing and creating seamless solutions across our client base. You will help to ensure the business delivers consistent and clear value propositions, commercial, and technology offerings that meet the customer needs to drive revenue aligned to our growth strategies. You will also manage and create all project documentation, regularly presenting to both internal and external stakeholders to deliver proposed solutions.

We need you to have 5 to 7 years of progressive implementation and pre-sales experience with proven leadership credentials. You have excellent project management, reporting, and presentation skills. You are also able to work within a targeted, dynamic environment and must be willing to travel as needed for the job.
