Seed & Sprout Co Pty Ltd is a Byron Bay based eco lifestyle brand with a mission to make the plastic-free swap simple. Developing products that are environmentally friendly, convenient, long lasting and beautiful is at the heart of what we do. 

We are seeking a passionate Customer Care Manager who shares the same mission and values as we do. 

Skills required - 

● You will need to be able to manage, motivate and develop staff providing high level customer services. 

● We require that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. 

● It is essential that you are a rapid learner that can identify improvements, develop and review policies, procedures, programs concerning customer relations and services provided. 

● Feel confident in recruiting, providing direction and feedback for team members as well as managing a team. 

● You will be expected to liaise with organisations outside of the company, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customers’ expectations. 

● After liaising with the appropriate people, it will then be your responsibility to ensure the planning, implementing and after sales service. This will include you undertaking a thorough follow up of customer satisfaction and if needed to modify and improve services provided. 

The successful candidate will be expected to have high organisational skills and be calm and productive under pressure. It will be expected that you have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service management role and be confident in your experience of managing and motivating a team. 

This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 dependent on experience.
