ABOUT THE ROLE

• Work closely with the Property Managers to lease the current vacant properties
• Respond to all enquires via phone/email
• Arrange home opens and private viewings
• Meet with prospective tenants
• Process applications and complete rental references
• Process lease sign ups
• Ensure exceptional customer service

SKILL & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 6 – 12 months experience as an assistant property manager or leasing consultant
• Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
• Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
• Computer proficient, Property Tree experience or REST essential
