Leasing Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Work closely with the Property Managers to lease the current vacant properties
- Respond to all enquires via phone/email
- Arrange home opens and private viewings
- Meet with prospective tenants
- Process applications and complete rental references
- Process lease sign ups
- Ensure exceptional customer service
SKILL & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6 – 12 months experience as an assistant property manager or leasing consultant
- Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
- Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
- Computer proficient, Property Tree experience or REST essential
