JOB DESCRIPTION

People in our team track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.


Basic qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing and running PMO team.
  • PMP/ Prince certification preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation and people management skills.
  • Strong project financial skills

Preferred skills:

  • Project Management and PMO skills mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of Issue Management, Risk Management and Scope Management process
  • Work Planning and Management experience mandatory
  • Resource management skills including scheduling resources on assignments and balancing supply/ demand for resource pools, including headcount planning, and chargeability forecasting for the portfolio of projects.
  • Contract Management & Financial Management would be desirable
  • Experience of SLA (Service-Level Agreement), stakeholder Management, vendor Management

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven ability to work in geographically dispersed teams and manage teams remotely.
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
