Our Sydney Facility Management division provides specialized services in vacant scoping services and Property Assessment Surveys. As part of this team, you will join a group who work together to deliver quality scoping and survey within a timely manager to exceed customer expectations.

As the Property Inspector/Scoper, you will be responsible for the delivery of Vacant Scoping and Property Assessment surveys across a number of Contract Areas in Greater Sydney for ISS on behalf of our client, ensuring our service is delivered to a high standard and in accordance with our KPIs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • One of the following qualifications:
    • Diploma in Building and Construction – TAFE
    • Certificate IV in Building and Construction – TAFE
    • Diploma in Building Design – TAFE
    • Certificate IV Building Design – TAFE
    • Current NSW Builders Licence or applicable NSW Tradesperson License, and/or
    • Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil or Structural), Building and Construction, or Building Surveying
  • OHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience at a manager level within building & construction industry
  • IT and experience on programs like SPM and mobile solutions is desirable
  • Previous experience in working with Land and Housing Schedule of Rates is desirable
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to travel to various sites throughout the NSW region

Training and Accreditation will be provided.

Selected candidates will be required to complete a written and practical assessment and undertake 2 days of training with the client.
