The responsibilities are:
Brand Strategy: Build an annual marketing plan supporting the APAC strategic priorities, align with the Branding objectives as well as the sales and profitability targets

Build the ANZ brand strategy, GTM plan and consumer engagement plan:

Define the key Marketing strategic direction
Drive Brand Equity in all circumstances and develop key initiatives
Select the relevant tactics to implement the strategic priorities defined
Plan the execution according to market seasonality and new product introduction
Develop a yearly consumer engagement

Integrate Global marketing strategic guidelines:
Take into account the new products introduction directives
Integrate the global marketing initiatives supported by corporate into the regional plan and restrict local adaptation only when adding significant value

Ensure alignment and synergies across all the markets at APAC level
Establish clear measurable objectives and KPIs
Identify and assess new APAC business opportunities through detailed business case

Marketing Plan Execution: Implement the marketing plan; ensure a tight coordination with the markets, connect with the dealer network and measure ROI

Lead the implementing of key tactical initiatives defined in the marketing plan:

Creation, adaptation and execution of communication tools in accordance with the Branding guideline
Creation of the annual campaigns aligned with Global concept
Media planning in collaboration with Agencies
PR in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Product launch

Provide input to the Digital specialist and agencies across channels (Website, Social, CRM) and to the Event Coordinator on all key corporate Events (Farm shows, Riding experiences, Media launch etc)
Connect with the dealer network ensuring support in elevating their local Marketing plans
Lead promotional programs to support retail
Build co-branding initiatives and partnerships with preferenced brands

Measure results and ROI, prepare post-mortem analysis and identify key learnings
Manage assigned budget, prepare quarterly forecast

Product strategy: Be the regional brand expert ensuring product knowledge spread within the local teams, respect of product positioning, full leverage of product competitive advantages, and market feedback integration

Master product and competition knowledge & Master industry knowledge
Ensure product positioning
Support consumer research / product deep-dives

Support product development / requirements:
Be the voice of the APAC markets to influence product and line-up evolution according to regional needs
Support requests related to product requirements, new concepts, homologation and regulatory related issues


7+ years experience in Brand Marketing and solid Digital ecosystem understanding

Similar experience within the Automotive, Motorcyle, Powersports or similar industries

Good knowledge and understanding of Retail

Solid stakeholder management across different functions and regions

Business acumen with ability to continually make trade-off decisions & influence a large number of stakeholders

Ability to connect and understand a dealer network

Strong skills in project & relationship management

Agile, enthusiastic, forward-thinking and thrive within a high performance culture
