The Role

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Marketing Assistant to work with our in-house marketing and graphic design departments. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing innovative strategies and activities to achieve traffic, sales and growth targets. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and executing new store opening campaigns and local store marketing activities
  • Coordinating the Point of Sale for our extensive network of 116 stores (and growing!)
  • Briefing artwork to our internal design team
  • Managing printing requirements for stores
  • Producing internal ‘Ad News’ publication to brief stores on marketing activity
  • Preparing analytical sales/traffic reports to assist in more effective marketing

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience working with teams of people
  • Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in Excel
  • Fast, efficient worker with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to take initiative when needed
  • Great communication skills
  • A strong desire to learn and grow while contributing to the marketing team objectives
