About You:

About the Role:
Reporting to the Director Employee Relations, People and Culture, you will provide leadership and pragmatic advice on employee relations and change management matters, to ensure compliance with relevant workplace relations requirements and to support engagement and a high-performance culture. You will support the Employee Relations team to provide a consistent approach to the management of risk associated with complex Industrial and Workplace Relations activities. You will support business operations through the provision of advice and support and via your contribution to the development and implementation of ER strategies, policies, procedures and governance.

To be successful in this role, you will have: You demonstrate the highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Human Resources, Law or other relevant discipline Sound experience in an Employment Relations/HR Generalist function in an organisation of comparable size and complexity This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment as an essential selection component for this role.
