JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

Reporting to the National Servce Manager, you will be an all-round experienced administrator who can work independently and keep self motivated to provide the administration support and solutions to the National service team to maintain and enhance customer service and support

Duties

  • Monitor WIP management and drive targets
  • Monitor days to invoice
  • Provide support and coverage to state-based service administration team
  • Refine systems as required
  • Capex management for service department
  • Develop & implement process improvements
  • Updating data bases, filing, and generating reports

Skills & Experience

  • Cert III in Business Administration OR minimum 5 years relevant Administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
  • Initiative and self-drive
  • Problem solving skills
