With a diverse portfolio of properties stretching across Melbourne this is a large property management business looking to offer support to their staff in all areas.
With a very supportive structure the property management team already have support with administration, leasing and customer service. They are now looking to put in an additional level of support at a Team Leadership level.

About the Role
Based in predominantly from home this role will see the successful Team Leader working alongside a team of PM's and offer your support and guidance to the team.

This role is a newly created position and will see the successful applicant grow, management and mentor their team to build a strong connection with the brand and offer exceptional customer service.

This will be a very hands on role initially and will progress to a 2IC role where you will be preparing your career to step into a Department Management role in the future.

Training is a large part of the company culture so you will be presented with excellent opportunity to develop


Skills and Experience

• 3+ years experience managing a residential portfolio
• Experience with leading and mentoring more junior staff
• Experience with Console beneficial
• Excellent analytical, organisational and task management skills
• Well presented and well spoken
• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Real Estate Agent’s Representative qualifications are required
