The Role
This role will assist with the research phase of a project. Some of the duties will include:
- High volume candidate prospecting
- Engaging talent to see what their career prospects are
- Outlining where the talent is, the pipeline options
- Research of the talent market and delivery piece/information at the end

About You
To be successful in this position you will have the following:
- You have previous talent/recruitment experience
- Ability to engage with senor stakeholders
- High volume experience
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work autonomous
- Trustworthy
- Good communication skills and ability to push back
