About the Role
Take over a well managed portfolio of residential properties. This client offer all the perks you can hope for in property management including brand new offices, roving PM to cover leave, iPad and phone and excellent remuneration.

Duties
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Rental inspections and reports
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and third parties
• OFI's
• Processing applications
• Rental assessments

About You

• A passionate, proven Property Manager with experience in managing your own portfolio, (RP Office a bonus), you are also:
• Well presented and professional
• Proud of your excellent customer service skills
• A Real Estate Agents Representative with a full Australian Drivers Licence.
• A great time manager, able to prioritise tasks
• Proud of your ability to communicate well.

This is a substantial sized team so best suits someone who is a real team player and sees the opportunities this type of business can offer long term.
