Position summary:
Quick Computer Services is a local IT business servicing customers in the greater Perth region. Weve been in business for over five years and in that time weve built up an extensive database of clients. We have an exceptional reputation in the industry and as such this role requires someone with fantastic customer service skills and attention to detail.

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office. This includes answering phones, keeping the schedule up to date, ordering stock and other duties as required.

What we offer:

Permanent full-time position.
Salary based on Business Equipment Award 2010 Clerical and administration employee.
From $42,500 to $55,000 + Superannuation + Paid unused personal leave.


Office duties

* Answering phone calls (up to 40 calls a day).
* Calling customers as required to update them on jobs or respond to queries.
* Responding to emails.
* Booking jobs and keeping schedules up to date in our booking system.
* Ordering and packing away stock.
* Conducting regular stocktakes.
* Filing hard-copy accounting documents.
* Welcoming walk-in customers and visitors.
* Following-up on quotes or jobs.

Online sales

* Managing all sales of products that come through the online sales portal.
* Creating sales receipts.
* Posting products through Australia Post with attention to postage costs.
* Responding to customer inquiries via the online portal.


* Updating the company Facebook page with relevant content.
* Periodically creating newsletters for mass emailing.
* Replying to reviews and customer feedback on various platforms.

Required skills/qualifications:


* Previous office administrative experience and/or transferable customer service experience.
* Attention to detail.
* Impeccable customer service skills.
* Comfortable conducting most daily tasks on computer (Office 365, etc).
* Prioritisation and time management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Moderate upper body strength for pick-packing duties.


* Experience with online accounting software and CRMs.
* Experience with online and social media.
* Slight knowledge of IT hardware and software to aid in booking times and conversations with customers.
