Description

Wanneroo Patios are seeking a Customer Service Manager who can bring their strong leadership and high level customer service experience to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for building effective relationships with current customers, with the ability to bring new ideas and streamline business processes to improve the customers experience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

* Create, implement, manage and review our customer service policy
* Create, implement, manage and review our customer service strategy and procedures
* Create, implement, manage and review our post-sale policy, strategy and procedures
* Review our customer feedback and advise on strategies to improve customer service
* Plan and allocate resources to ensure we can meet business requirements during peak periods
* Supervise customer service staffs day-to-day activities and review their performance
* Oversee customer service staff to ensure they are working in an efficient & productive manner
* Manage the operation of customer service activities including advising on product use, responding to complaints and customer follow-ups
* Liaise with other departments within the company including directors to execute and improve our customer service goals
* Ensure we receive positive customer feedback by managing customer service activities

The successful candidate will require the following:

* Previous customer service experience ideally in the construction industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
* High-level customer service skills, both face to face as well as by phone and email
* An organised and methodical approach to work with a high attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability in developing procedures relating to customer service
* Previous experience managing and leading a team
* Experience within SimPRO will be highly regarded
